With this tour, Praline et Rosette take you to the Halles de Lyon Paul Bocuse for a gourmet adventure! Your guide, Audrey, invites you to eat your way around the market, from a menu of top-quality Lyon-made products.
Your tour comprises four stops: At Giraudet, try a cocktail version of the traditional quenelles lyonnaises dumplings, with a choice of delicious soups. Share a charcuterie board and enjoy a glass of wine at Lyon’s top charcutier, Sibilia. Continue your tour with three cheeses and another glass of wine at THE cheese seller of the Halles, Mons – a Best Craftsman of France. Then end on a sweet note with Sève’s essential tarte aux pralines.

As usual, Praline et Rosette will be serving up some tasty titbits about Lyon’s gastronomy and specialities along the way.
