Chocoholics, you won’t be able to resist this new food tour! On the menu is a three-hour tour of the Presqu’île, beginning at Place Ampère – with five stops to sample the wares of passionate chocolate sellers and hear their chocolatey anecdotes. Do you know, for instance, how long we have been eating chocolate? Or when it arrived in France? Learn the stages of its production, from cacao plant to that delicious square of chocolate.
Artisan chocolatiers, a concept store and a cosy tearoom are eager to introduce you to chocolate in all its forms: crunchy, gooey, melt-in-the-mouth... and always utterly irresistible! There is an activity at each stop, including a blind tasting, chocolate maker’s tour and chocolate quiz.
