This afternoon tour includes four food breaks (assortment of Lyonnaise charcuterie with a glass of red wine, organic Ardèche ice cream, regional cheeses with a glass of white wine (except on Sunday), praline tart with a cold or hot drink (served on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) or beers artisanal Lyonnaises and grand cru chocolates (on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday), to explore Lyon and its specialities, with a combination of cultural and culinary discoveries, before beginning your evening in the city.

CHEESE INSTEAD OF LAMB
The ‘cervelle de canut’ (cheese-based local speciality) used to be reserved for the working classes (the ‘Canuts’), who used fromage frais and herbs instead of the much more expensive delicacy lamb’s brains!
