Want to enjoy the great outdoors? Enjoy the fresh air on an electric bike! Setting off from Lyon city centre, follow your guide to the undulating landscape of the Monts-d’Or. Thanks to your electric bike, you can effortlessly enjoy the cityscape before taking the Voie Bleue cycle path via the banks of the Saône. Discover the amazing natural heritage. It is also a chance to learn about the famous guinguettes (small restaurants with music and dancing) of the Val de Saône region.
Next, you will head to Mont-Cindre and the beautiful villages built with pierre dorée (golden stone) of the Monts-d’Or. It is an easy climb thanks to the high-performance electric bikes. Here, you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views from Mont-Cindre, then Mont-Thou and, finally, during the snack break at the place known as ‘Les Montagnards’.
There is then a gentle ride down to the Île Barbe and Vaise, on the banks of the Saône. The route ends when you return to the agency.

This hill is part of the Monts-d’Or. Rising to an altitude of 470 m, it is the fourth highest peak in Lyon and the surrounding area, after Mont-Verdun (625 m), le Mont-Thou (609 m) and Mont-Narcel (582 m).
